Using regenerative systems thinking like Doughnut Economics, awareness-based innovation practices, such as Theory U, and emotional transformation processes like The Work That Reconnects, I help create powerful change that is driven from the heart.

That might mean generating serious buy-in from senior teams, investors or stakeholders.

Or co-designing, communicating and acknowledging change with teams.

Sounds like big stuff, but the way in can be surprisingly simple, fun even.
