My name is Tim, I’m a regenerative designer.
In my previous career, I brought partners together to create England's only carbon-negative economic strategy.
But strategy alone is not enough, so now I help organisations rise to this moment through their culture, their way of being.
First, we go in, cultivating collective imagination and emotional empathy to help make change matter.
Then we go out, creating processes and structures, products and services, rituals and stories that bring your vision to life.
Because culture eats strategy for breakfast.
