How do we step into a space of possibility, free of limiting constraints?

I created Escape to the Future to provide permission to adopt a fresh perspective, by giving participants a role as a ‘Capital Guardian’, responsible for stewarding an alternative form of value creation.

It enables a deeper understanding to emerge; a sense, a feeling not a knowing, by combining role-play with the Three Horizons Framework and an Eight Capitals Model.

The game gives us a toehold on how to understand who we are and how we look at things, as a fundamental of changing what we do.

It’s a great way to bring distant teams, boards and collaborators onto the same wavelength, perhaps to define and develop a new vision, or just to get a fresh angle on the process of change.
