I work as Source for the The Piʌot Project, an initiative which brings together regenerative changemakers to ask some rare questions about the deep roots of our current crisis, and how they might be addressed at source.
We began with a Year of Listening, space and time to develop our community and feel into opportunities.
This led to ongoing investigations into pre-distribution of finance into employee and steward owned businesses, economic imaginaries and our frog-like inability to sense the water as it boils around us, and Listening for the Way Through an unlearning programme to support the deep work required to grapple with this moment.
